Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 3–7 business days (transit times may vary by destination and customs processing)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Orders — Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority. AUSTEN A.G. has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Stolen Packages
AUSTEN A.G. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier. For other shipping issues, reach out to info@austen-ag.com and we'll do our best to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
